Justin started his career at HCFA as the GIS Analyst in February of 2018 and then became Senior GIS Analyst in 2021. In July 2024, Justin was elevated to his current position of Management Analyst.

As Management Analyst, Justin serves as aid in providing high-level analytical and strategic support to the authority by leveraging multiple data sources. This role encompasses planning, organizing, coordinating, and actively participating in the development and implementation of the agency’s GIS.

Additionally, the Management Analyst is tasked with maintaining all databases integral to the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system and any other supported software/systems utilized by the authority. This position provides specialized expertise, support, assistance, and guidance to dispatch and agency staff, facilitating the execution of authority goals and objectives, as well as overseeing GIS projects.
