Jeff Logan 

Executive Director

Jeff Logan started with the HCFA as the Executive Director in September of 2022.  Jeff’s career as a 9-1-1 professional began in 2005.  Jeff has held the roles of Fire Communications Dispatcher, Fire Communications Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Emergency Command Center Manager in agencies such as North County Dispatch JPA and Orange County Fire Authority.

As the Executive Director, Jeff oversees all three sections of the HCFA (Operations, Technology, and Administration).  Jeff reports directly to the JPA Board of Chiefs as well as the JPA Board of Commissioners.

Jeff is very passionate about ensuring that 9-1-1 professionals have access to the tools they need to do their job effectively, the support to do their job confidently, and recognition for the difficult job they perform daily.
