HCFA Staff Celebrates the Holidays in the ECC.

A very important program created by Global Medical Response called Nurse Navigator has expanded to all of the San Diego County Central Zone dispatch area that Heartland Commination Facility Authority dispatches for.

During this quarters HCFA Commission Meeting on 10/24/2024, two of our Dispatch Shift Supervisors gave a presentation to the Commission that highlighted their first year of filling the role of Shift Supervisor.
