HCFA Dispatch Supervisors Complete One Year on the Job
During this quarters HCFA Commission Meeting on 10/24/2024, two of our Dispatch Shift Supervisors gave a presentation to the Commission that highlighted their first year of filling the role of Shift Supervisor. Dispatch Shift Supervisors Shannon Hays and Shelby Ortmeier recently completed their first year as Dispatch Supervisors. One task that Director Logan gave to them in leading up to their one year anniversary was to put together a presentation introducing themselves to the Board of Chiefs and Commission members. They also showcased their duties, what they have learned in their first year on the job, and what they are looking forward too in the future as HCFA Supervisors.
This was a great way for the Board of Chiefs and Commissioners for HCFA to meet HCFA staff and get an update on the work being done in the ECC.
