Dispatch Staff Recognized At Commission Meeting

During the July 25th HCFA Commission meeting, multiple staff members were recognized or received awards.

  • Kristan Johnson - Kristan was recognized for 15 years at Heartland Communications Facility Authority. HCFA thanks Kristan for her hard work and dedication to HCFA.

  • Alexis Sanchez - Alexis received her National Emergency Number Association (NENA) Excellence in Dispatch Certification. Congrats, Alexis!

  • Elizabeth Garcia - Elizabeth was recognized with a CPR save. This was her first CPR save as a dispatcher at HCFA. Good work, Elizabet!
